Six months ago I was drowning in repetitive tasks. Today my AI automation stack handles all of that, and I have reclaimed 40 hours every week. Here is exactly what I built.

The Stack

My automation stack consists of n8n self-hosted on Hostinger VPS, Groq API for fast LLM inference, Google Sheets as the central data store, and Gmail for automated communications.

Automation 1: Weekly Client Reports — 8 Hours Saved

An n8n workflow pulls data from Google Analytics and Search Console every Friday, passes it to Claude via API, which generates a narrative report in our agency tone. The report is automatically emailed to the client.

Before automation, each client report took 45 to 60 minutes. Now it takes zero minutes of my time — and clients say the reports are more detailed than before.

Automation 2: Social Media Content Pipeline — 12 Hours Saved

A weekly workflow pulls the latest AI news from RSS feeds, generates social posts optimized for each platform, and schedules them via Buffer API automatically.

Getting Started

Start with one automation. Pick the task that takes the most time and automate it first. The total monthly cost for my entire stack is under 50 dollars.
